FRIDAY FAVOURITE: Bioderma – Sensibio H2O

I kinda feel like this post needs no introduction since A) you’ve all heard of this product and B) the title gives away that I absolutely love it. But anyway, here goes: meet my favourite micellar water in the entire world.

The product

I’ve started using Bioderma Créaline H20 about five yours ago when it was hyped as this amazing product from the French pharmacies that everyone needed to try. I fell for the buzz, fell in love with the product and haven’t stopped using it ever since. Sure, there have been other micellar waters that I’ve tried and tested but this one changed the game completely.

The review

If you’re new to beauty: micellar water is a user-friendly product that can be used to cleanse your face and remove your make-up. It’s clear, watery and it works absolute wonders. I started using this to take off my make-up, but now I use it for everything: to cleanse my face in the morning before applying moisturiser, to remove my make-up and to cleanse again when I’m getting ready for bed.

You apply some on a cotton pad, swipe it over your face (and neck) and that’s pretty much it. It does take a couple of cotton rounds before all my make-up is removed, but since it’s such a gentle product, my skin doesn’t get agitated at all. It’s so basic and convenient that even my boyfriend uses it sometimes.

The price

Bioderma Créaline H20 comes in a variety of sizes. There’s anything from travel size to maxi versions and even ones with a special pump. I usually ask my sister to bring me a duo pack of two 500 ml bottles from Paris (since it’s cheaper there), and it retails for about € 16,95. One bottle lasts me a good four months, so it’s a budget-friendly way to keep my face clean & happy all year long.
