TRIED & TESTED: Physician’s Formula – Organic Wear Mascara

Physician's Formula Organic Wear Mascara | Beauty Review | himartine.com

Mascara is probably one of my favourite things to try, since I use it on a daily basis and you can see immediate results. I’ve recently tried the CoverGirl Lash Blast Fusion, but a little while before that, I wore Physician Formula’s Organic Wear Mascara daily.

The product

First things first: this is probably one of the weirdest and most random mascara’s I’ve ever seen, packaging-wise. I wouldn’t buy this one based on looks alone, but since it’s one of Tati‘s all-time favourites (and she’s one of mine), I picked this up in New York City quite some time ago. (Hi, my name is Martine and although I like a good schedule I am in fact world’s slowest blogger).

This one is supposedly 100% natural and should give you long, full lashes. I like the eco-aspect of it and I love this type of brush. But does it deliver?

The review

It sure does. The comb-like bristles are good in separating your lashes, while coating them from root to tip. The formula is jet-black, and while occasionally a bit crumbly under the eyes, holds up pretty well throughout the day.

Physician’s Formula Organic Wear mascara retails for about $ 11. If you’re from Belgium, pick it up at Di for $ 14,90.
