With virtue in its simplicity, Yves Rocher’s Pure Calmille Moisturizing Cream is my go-to when my skin is acting up. It’s a super basic cream, but something about it tackles even my worst skin days. Whenever a friend asks me for a skincare recommendation that doesn’t break the bank, this is the one I tell them to get.
With chamomile to hydrate, nourish and protect, this cream is targeted for all skin types. Its a day cream that doubles as a night cream, allowing you to use the same product twice a day.
This solid, white cream comes in a glasscontainer. Not the most hygienic, but since this was originally packaged in a plastic tub, I’d say progress is being made. It has a soft floral scent, which I like.
Upon application, the cream sinks into my skin almost immediately. It leaves my face feeling soft and supple, without being greasy – a thing I have to pay attention to when selecting products since I have an oily T-zone. This product transforms my skin overnight and gets rid of any dry patches. I have repurchased this product time and time again over the past few years and will continue to do so whenever my skin needs a boost.
