FOTD: Snow Edition

Snow Essentials | Skiing | Skincare | Make-up | Glossier | Anastasia Beverly-Hills | Beauty Review | himartine.com

A FOTD on himartine.com loosely translates to a sneak peek into my everyday make-up collection. Hence, I’m showing you the products I like enough to apply to my face on a daily basis. Look du jour? A minimal holiday look – snow edition!

During my winter holiday in cold-but-hot-but-overall-sunny Livigno, I refrained from applying a full FOTD and relied on this dynamic duo to get the job done. I used Glossier’s Lashslick to enhance my lashes/look less sleepy and Anastasia’s clear brow gel to keep my brows in shape. And that’s all. With a hint of Glossier’s Invisbile Shield ofcourse – you can’t hit the slopes without proper sun protection.

I’m never this minimal when it comes to make-up, but since I’ve started using Refectocil (review coming soon!) on my brows, I get away with skipping brow products for a while. I still like to use the Anastasia gel to keep them in place, but it’s so effortless and barely takes thirty seconds so I don’t mind the extra step at all. My slopes-induced tan allowed me to skip concealer (it was no longer the right shade anyway) and since I applied sunscreen liberally, I didn’t bother with powder products. Ah, the ease.

And well, since these products are so natural and invisible: please enjoy this picture of both of them hidden behind my sunglasses. Bet you’ve never seen a FOTD as low-key as this one, huh.
